OUR VISION​
To create a space where at-risk youth can come and learn how to think, create and grow into successful adults. Through education and mentorship our vision is to convict, convert and create a growth mindset into our youth to increase their chances of succeeding in life.

As a community the core of our vision is to strengthen families through, health, safety, stability and resources. Promotion of strong families and strong communities our youth become strong. Through civic engagement, leadership, youth development, and a creative environment we believe that we can DECREASE the pipeline to prison and INCREASE the pipeline to higher education.

Honesty:
Being real with yourself and others builds trust and a positive reputation. NO LEGACY IS SO RICH AS HONESTY!
Humility:
Never look down on someone unless you’re helping them up. Not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less!
Integrity:
Doing the right thing when no one is looking!
Accountability:
Taking responsibility without making excuses. Always managing expectations. One goal at a time!
